The new 3MAT series of Trilobe Roots Blowers from Macro Air Technologies has a capacity of 5 m3/hr to 60,000 m3/hr, with a vacuum and discharge pressure of up to -0.5 bar and 1 bar, respectively. Because of the “Tri Lobe Roots Blower” Rotor design, there is less variation in the discharge pressure than there would be with a traditional two-lobe rotor.
This leads to less pulsation, which lowers vibration, noise, and power consumption while extending the life of rotating components like bearings and gears.
